We offer a wide variety of accommodation options, from 5-Star Hotels and Homestays to Youth Hostels. While each one is geared toward different people, all of the options we offer are assessed and selected based on our own quality criteria and with the same aim: to offer comfort, safety, and ease of getting around to our students.

Accommodation Options:

Homestay

Living with a host family allows students to experience the day-to-day life of Argentines while practicing their Spanish at home. No other option is more personalized or intense. For these reasons, it is ideal for younger students, those with little international travel experience, or those who simply prefer to have company with whom they can share their discoveries or exchange experiences.

All families are carefully selected and regularly checked by a housing coordinator. They offer a good standard of living, and see students/guests as “distant relatives”. Among the defining characteristics of host families is their interest in cultural exchange, which allows them to learn about their guests’ culture as they teach their own.  It’s easy to say that this type of accommodation usually turns into a strong and lasting relationship.

Single and Double rooms are available, however doubles are only for students traveling together.  Available meal options are: homestay with no meals or homestay with half-board (breakfast and dinner, served Sunday to Sunday). This accommodation option includes: bed sheets (changed weekly); front door key and, in some cases, room key. This option does NOT include: bath towels or laundry service.

Student Residence

Living in a student residence allows students to live in an international environment and make friends of various nationalities. No other option could be more varied and cheerful. It is ideal for students of all ages, with or without international travel experience, or those who simply prefer less attention and more freedom.

Student residences are also carefully selected and regularly checked by a housing coordinator. Among the characteristics of the residences that stand out are their safety, comfort and a diverse cultural atmosphere. According to a final evaluation that we do with our students, approximately 88% would either recommend or stay again in the residence where they stayed during their course.

Double, triple and quadruple occupancy rooms are available. Rooms are separated by sex. Individual rooms are also available, but upon request. This accommodation option includes: breakfast, served Monday to Saturday; bed sheets (changed weekly); room key; Internet access. Does NOT include: bath towels or laundry service, but these are available at an additional fee.

Shared Apartment

Live with Argentine and foreign university students and get to know the lifestyle of young people in Buenos Aires! Single and Double rooms are available. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared by the residents. Meals, laundry service, cleaning and other services are agreed upon with other residents. A housekeeper may be arranged at an additional fee.

Hotel

This option is for those who prefer to have more privacy and facilities. Hotels in Buenos Aires are located approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the school. Hotels range from budget to 5 stars. Breakfast included.

General Information

Homestays are reserved from noon on the Sunday before your course starts until noon on the Saturday after your course ends. Students may opt to arrive or depart at different times, however the student must pay for any extra days. For other types of accommodation, reservations are made per day, and the student decides their arrival and departure dates.

All housing options are located in residential, middle-class neighborhoods, between 3 and 10 minutes away from a metro station or bus stop. The trip between accommodation and the school is usually between 15 an 40 minutes, by public transport.
